Starlight

This guide requires you to have Among Us and Starlight on Google Play.

IMPORTANT

You must downgrade both Among Us and Starlight to be able to play. This is due to the latest version of Among Us (v.174) causing instability with mods.

Refer to the downgrading steps below.

Installing Starlight & Account Linking​

If you have previously linked Starlight with Itch.io before, you can log in as normal using Itch.io.

1. Download Starlight from the Google Play Store here.

2. Log in using Google Play Login. This will open a browser with the Innersloth Account Management page.

3. In the browser, select Merge Google Play and log in with the Google account you want connected to your Among Us.

4. Tap the share button (usually in the top right) and share to Starlight.

5. Starlight should now be logged in and will display Google Play login saved.

Note: These steps may need to be repeated after an hour. Follow the instructions as shown in the app.

Installing Town of Us: Mira​

1. In Starlight, go to Servers and enable the Miniduikboot servers (MEU, MNA & MAS). These are required for Town of Us.

2. Go to Explore and choose the Town of Us: Mira mod by AU Avengers. Click Install to a profile and create a profile.

3. Go to Home, select your profile, and click launch.

Note: It can take several attempts to open the mod at times. Keep trying if it crashes.

Downgrading​

1. Uninstall both Among Us and Starlight.

2. Download the Among Us APK file here.

3. Click on the bundle variant of Among Us (it should be the only option).

4. Scroll down until you see the red DOWNLOAD APK BUNDLE button.

5. Once downloaded, go to the Google Play Store and download the APK Mirror Installer.

6. Once installed, use the APK Mirror Installer to select and install your Among Us.apkm file from your downloads folder using the Install Package button. (You may be required to watch an ad in order to install—this is unavoidable.)

7. Once Among Us is installed, launch it to make sure that v17.3.1a is displayed on the lower left corner. This is the required version for Starlight.

8. Go to the Starlight GitHub and download the starlight-1540.apk to install v1.5.4.

9. Install this Starlight APK using Android's Package Manager.

10. Once you have logged in, you should be able to install the mods and play as normal!

Note: If logging in using Google Play, you may be required to log back in occasionally. Refer to the login steps above if required.
